Bill Moore was born in Glendale, California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts from Saint Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota, and he holds a Master's Degree in Theology from the Washington Theological Coalition.

Bill Moore was ordained a Catholic priest in 1975. He has taught art and religious studies at Damien and Bishop Alemany High School. From 1990 through 1997, Father Moore served as a Pastor and Associate Pastor at Holy Name of Mary Church in San Dimas. In 1998, Fr. Moore was assigned by the Congregation of the Sacred Hearts (SS.CC.) to work full-time on Ministry of the Arts.

In pursuing his artistic passion, Father Moore paints everyday and serves mass on the weekends.
